Job Role: Sales Executive (Solar)We are hiring Sales Executives for our Lucknow operations to promote and sell rooftop solar systems to residential customers. The role involves field sales, customer interaction, site visits, and closing solar deals.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities
• Explain solar system benefits, savings, subsidy, and EMI options to customers
• Conduct basic site surveys and coordinate with technical teams
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
• Maintain customer data and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
• Represent Sun Shaper Energy professionally in the market
• Candidate Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in sales (solar, real estate, insurance, telecom, or field sales preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic preferred)
• Must own a bike with valid driving license
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-friendly attitude
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
