Job Title-Field Sales Executive – Electric Cab Services (KebuOne)Location-Field-based (City operations-Lucknow)

Salary- 12-15k + incentiveAbout the Company-KebuOne is an emerging electric cab mobility platform focused on sustainable, affordable, and efficient urban transportation. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric mobility while creating earning opportunities for drivers and providing convenient rides for customers.Job Summary-We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote the KebuOne platform in the field. The role involves creating awareness about the KebuOne app, onboarding riders by encouraging app downloads, and identifying and connecting with drivers interested in partnering with the platform.The candidate will play a key role in growing the user base and expanding the driver network in the city.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer AcquisitionPromote the KebuOne mobile app in high-footfall areas such as markets, offices, malls, and residential societies.

  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of electric cab services and how to use the app.

  • Encourage and assist customers to download and register on the KebuOne app.

  • Participate in awareness drives.

  • Driver OnboardingIdentify and approach cab drivers, auto drivers, and EV vehicle owners who may be interested in partnering with KebuOne.

Market Development

  • Explore new areas and opportunities to expand the KebuOne presence in the city.

  • Collect feedback from riders and drivers and share insights with the operations team.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • ReportingMaintain daily records of:

  • App downloads generated

  • Driver leads and onboardings

  • Field activities and locations covered

  • Report progress to the sales or operations manager.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of app downloads generated

  • Number of drivers onboarded

  • Number of driver leads generated

  • Market coverage and awareness activities conducted

  • Required SkillsGood communication and persuasion skills

  • Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

  • Ability to work independently in the field

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of ride-hailing or mobility platforms

  • QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

  • Prior experience in field sales, driver onboarding, or app promotion is a plus

  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

  • Other RequirementsMust be comfortable with field work and local travel
  • Should have a smartphone

Knowledge of the local city routes and driver networks is an advantage.
