Job Description
Telecalling & ConversionMake 80–120 calls daily to prospective students
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and benefits
- Handle objections and convince students for enrollment
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates
- Maintain conversion pipeline (Hot/Warm/Cold leads)
Lead GenerationGenerate leads through:
- WhatsApp outreach
- Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram groups)
- College database & referrals
- Coordinate with marketing team for fresh leads
- Build and maintain own lead database
Student CounselingUnderstand student needs and career goals
- Suggest suitable courses/programs
- Provide guidance on fees, EMI options, and career outcomes
CRM & ReportingUpdate daily call reports in CRM/Excel
- Track lead status and follow-ups
- Submit daily/weekly performance reports
