Sales Executive

Job Title: Insurance ExecutiveLocation: As per branch allocation

Department: Insurance / Financial Services

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Sell life, health, and general insurance products to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Generate leads through field work, tele-calling, and branch referrals
• Complete policy documentation and ensure accurate KYC compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred

• Field + Office work

CTC: As per company norms (Fixed salary + Incentives)
