Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Executive to help us connect with PropTech companies and present partnership opportunities for an upcoming Real Estate Sales & Marketing Summit in Lucknow.

The role involves reaching out to companies, scheduling online meetings, presenting the summit opportunity, and closing exhibitor participation packages.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to PropTech companies and relevant solution providers

• Make outbound calls and introduce the summit opportunity

• Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with decision-makers

• Present the value of participating in the summit as an exhibitor

• Explain participation packages and close deals

• Maintain a structured record of leads, meetings, and follow-ups

• Work closely with the internal team to achieve partnership targets


Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

• Confident on phone calls and online meetings

• Comfortable speaking with founders, sales heads, and decision-makers

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Basic understanding of B2B sales or business development


Sales Targets

• Daily outbound calling to potential partners

• Scheduling online meetings with qualified prospects

• Closing exhibitor participation packages
