Sales Manager

Yatharth Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic Fresher and Experienced Sales Professionals for selling residential plots in our premium projects near the Lucknow–Kanpur Expressway. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and explain project detailsGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and meetingsConduct site visits for clients and assist in closing salesBuild relationships with channel partners, brokers, and customersAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain sales records and update CRM / reportsEligibility:Fresher or Experienced (0–5 Years) in sales or real estateGood communication and convincing skillsPassion for sales and customer interactionBasic knowledge of real estate sales will be an advantageQualification:Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)Salary & Benefits:Attractive Salary + High IncentivesCareer Growth Opportunities
