Educational Qualification

• Graduation is mandatory.
• MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management) will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Prior experience in managing a sales team and handling targets will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Actively engage in field sales activities, including market visits, client meetings, lead generation, and business development.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend strategic actions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, closures, and post-sales coordination.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and professional conduct.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate must have own conveyance (Bike or Scooty).
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work as per business requirements.
