Job Description

A Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. The role involves leading and motivating a sales team, assigning targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring proper follow-ups and reporting. A key part of the job is building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling negotiations, and closing high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Sales Manager is also expected to identify with at least 5 years of proven sales experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
