Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing property deals, and leading sales initiatives to expand the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.

Required Qualifications

• minimum 12th pass
• 2–6 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
