Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive client engagement. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, managing team performance, and achieving organizational sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Team Leadership and Management:Oversee the sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring members to achieve their potential.
  • Assign sales territories, set individual and team sales targets, and monitor performance regularly.
  • Organize regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and motivate the team.
  • Work Assignment and Follow-Up:Delegate tasks effectively based on team members’ strengths and workload.
  • Track progress on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of projects and sales objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
  • Strategic Planning and Reporting:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity for senior management.
  • Process Optimization:Streamline sales workflows to improve efficiency and client engagement.
  • Implement and utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales protocols, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:2+ years in sales, or least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting software.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a knack for building lasting relationships.
  • Other Requirements:Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
