Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong network of channel partners, and sales associates
  • On-board new associates and provide them with necessary project training, pricing, and sales tools
  • Drive partner engagement through regular meetings and site visits
  • Monitor associate performance and help them achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Act as a key link between Arsha’s internal sales/marketing teams and external channel partners
  • Ensure proper communication of new project launches, offers, and inventory updates to all associates
  • Support partners in lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closure of deals
  • Maintain and update partner information, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Plan and execute channel partner events, reward programs, and site tours to boost engagement
  •  Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Ensure transparency, professionalism, and compliance with company policies in all partner dealings


Qualifications & Skills       

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in real estate
  • Proven experience in managing associate networks and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and travel as needed
