Job Description:Credi Flex, a fast-growing channel sales company promoted by experienced ex-bankers, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Mortgage Sales to lead and grow our mortgage business.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in home loans, LAP, and mortgage products, along with the ability to build, manage, and motivate a sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:Drive mortgage sales (Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans)
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Develop relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners
