Sales & Marketing Executive

A Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and expand market reach, while also building and maintaining strong customer relationships. They identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of marketing and sales strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
• Identifying and targeting potential customers.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Generating leads and nurturing prospects.
• Developing and delivering sales presentations and pitches.
• Negotiating and closing deals.
• Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Managing social media channels and other online marketing efforts.
• Analyzing marketing campaign performance and making adjustments as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns.
• Tracking customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to achieve business goals.
• Preparing and presenting sales and marketing performance reports. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred. 
• Experience:
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, with a track record of success in driving sales growth. 
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential. 
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is often required. 
• Other:
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
