🔑 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate new leads through cold calling, social media, references & field visits
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Follow up with potential clients regularly

2️⃣ Client Handling

• Understand client requirements for corporate awards & gifting
• Suggest suitable products as per budget and event requirement
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Handle negotiations and close deals professionally

3️⃣ Marketing Activities

• Promote company products through WhatsApp, email marketing & social media
• Coordinate for promotional campaigns
• Collect market feedback and competitor analysis

4️⃣ Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily sales report
• Update client database
• Coordinate with production team for timely delivery

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• 1–2 years experience in Sales / Marketing (Corporate sales preferred)
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & social media
• Smart, presentable & confident personality

💰 Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
