Job Description
- 1. Sales & Revenue GenerationDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Drive property sales (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
- 2. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and mentor sales executives/agents.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- 3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Handle high-value negotiations and closing deals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- 4. Marketing CoordinationCoordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and property promotions.
- Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and networking events.
- 5. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure proper documentation and legal compliance in property transactions.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth deal closure.
- Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
