Job Description

  • 1. Sales & Revenue GenerationDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Drive property sales (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • 2. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and mentor sales executives/agents.
  • Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • 3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Handle high-value negotiations and closing deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • 4. Marketing CoordinationCoordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and property promotions.
  • Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and networking events.
  • 5. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure proper documentation and legal compliance in property transactions.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth deal closure.
  • Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
