Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Construction Sales Executive to drive sales for residential and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client consultations, proposal preparation, and achieving monthly sales targets. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills along with a good understanding of the construction and interiors industry..

Key Responsibilities

·      Generate leads for construction, interior, and renovation projects through field visits, online marketing, and referrals.

·      Meet homeowners to understand requirements, budgets, and design preferences.

·      Present company services, proposals, and quotations confidently.

·      Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

·      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

·      Maintain regular follow-ups and long-term client relationships for repeat business.

·      Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

·      Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Civil background (MBA preferred).

·      1–5 years of experience in construction / interiors / real estate sales.

·      Excellent communication & closing skills.

·      Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-ready.
