Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an active and confident Sales and Marketing Executive to help us grow our business. Your main job will be to talk to customers, understand what they need, and explain how our products/services can help them.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): 

• Telecalling: Make daily calls to new and existing customers to explain our services and generate interest.

• Customer Follow-up: Call back customers who showed interest to answer their questions and close the deal.

• Fixing Meetings: Set up meetings or appointments between customers and our senior team (if needed).

• Basic Marketing: Help spread the word about our business (like sharing updates on WhatsApp, social media, or local promotions).

• Record Keeping: Note down customer details and daily call feedback simply and neatly on a computer or register.

• Building Relations: Speak politely and clearly to build trust with customers.

What We Are Looking for (Requirements): 

• Good speaking and listening skills. (Fluency in Hindi/English/Local language).
• Not afraid to make phone calls and talk to new people.
• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone, WhatsApp, and a computer.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in telecalling or sales is a bonus, but freshers can also apply!
