Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate consistent sales of minimum 5,000 boxes per month from new and existing clients.
• Identify and onboard clients in FMCG, food, distillery, exporter, and D2C packaging segments.
• Visit industrial areas, factories, and distributors to pitch our products.
• Negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure timely payments.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and gather feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth delivery.
• Maintain daily sales logs, leads, and visit reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in corrugated box / packaging / printing industry sales.
• Strong network in industrial areas (Lucknow, Kanpur, Unnao, Bareilly, Sitapur, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and field-sales skills.
• Basic understanding of box specifications (ply, GSM, B.F., die-cut, etc.).
• Self-driven and target-oriented.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives on every 1,000 boxes sold.
• Performance Bonus: Extra incentives for sales beyond 10,000 boxes/month.
• Travel Allowance: As per company policy.
