Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of premium home solutions, including bath fittings, electrical products, lighting, decorative lighting, tiles, water softeners, pressure pumps, heat pumps, and geysers. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to generate sales and build long-term client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development Identify and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and HNIs to promote and sell products.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present product solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide technical knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and business development efforts.
  • 2. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, including Kohler bath fittings, Schneider Electric products, lighting solutions, tiles, and water-related appliances.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • 3. Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with architects and designers to get products specified in their projects.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.
  • 4. Sales Strategy & Reporting Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the luxury home solutions market.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and competitor insights to management.
  • Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in bath fittings, lighting, electrical products, or luxury home solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Skills & Competencies Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them effectively to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Understanding of luxury home décor and architectural trends is a plus.
