Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally

• Bill cutting / invoice generation for customers

• Maintain purchase and sales records

• GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and basic GST compliance

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

• Maintain records of payments, receipts, and expenses

• Coordinate with management for financial reports

• Ensure accuracy in accounts and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Tally

• Working knowledge of GST filing

• Experience in billing and invoice preparation

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines

Qualification:

• B.Com or equivalent

• Relevant accounting experience preferred
