Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a versatile and energetic Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our B2B team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between digital outreach and direct sales. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing digital campaigns, and following up with business leads via telecalling and messaging platforms to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Platform Management: Create and schedule engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Brand Awareness: Monitor social media trends to increase followers and engagement.
  • Content Support: Basic drafting of captions, hashtags, and coordination for creative assets.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Execute bulk messaging and email campaigns to reach potential B2B clients.
  • Telecalling: Perform outbound calls to cold and warm leads to introduce company products/services.
  • Lead Tracking: Maintain an organized database of prospects and follow-up schedules.

3. B2B Sales Execution

  • Client Pitching: Explain value propositions to business owners and procurement managers.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on call volume, message response rates, and sales conversions.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or any related field (Freshers are welcome).
  • Digital Savvy: Good understanding of how FB, IG, and LinkedIn algorithms work for business.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and [Local Language]).
  • Persistence: A "never-give-up" attitude toward telecalling and lead follow-ups.
  • Tools: Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business tools is a plus.
