Looking Sales Manager:-

# Job Title: Sr Sales Executive - Solar Inverter & Solar Products (UP)

# Location: Lucknow/Prayagraj/Kanpur/ Gorakhpur

# Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for solar inverters in North and West India.

* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.

* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.

* Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to the management team.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.

# Requirements:

*2-3 years of experience in inverter/ solar product sales or a similar role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

*Strong understanding of solar inverter technology and the renewable energy sector.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

*Ready to travel extensively across North and West India.
