Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month for SR

Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Representative / Sales Officer to drive sales and strengthen our presence in the FMCG market. The role involves building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring product availability, and achieving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

· Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

· Ensure product visibility, placement, and availability in the assigned market.

· Promote new products, schemes, and offers to customers.

· Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide timely support.

· Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather feedback.

· Educate retailers/customers on product features, benefits, and usage.

Qualifications & Skills:· Graduate degree (mandatory).

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales (Retail/Distribution).

· Strong knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.

· Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
