Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, target-oriented mindset, and good knowledge of CRM software.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance of team members
• Create sales strategies and implement plans to increase revenue
• Handle key client relationships and resolve customer issues
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• CRM Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer data in CRM software
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM
• Assign leads to team members using CRM system
• Monitor sales pipeline and generate performance reports
• Ensure proper data entry and accuracy in CRM
• Analyze CRM data to improve sales performance

• Skills Required:Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of CRM software (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Target-driven and result-oriented
• Ability to handle pressure and manage team performance
• Good reporting and analytical skills
