Job OverviewJBBR Group is seeking a disciplined, experienced, and highly reliable Security Head (Ex-Army) to lead and manage all security operations across its premium real estate projects, corporate offices, and sites. The role demands strong leadership, risk management expertise, and proven experience in handling security service agencies.

• Key Responsibilities
• Security Operations ManagementOversee end-to-end security operations across all JBBR Group locations, including corporate office, project sites, and assets
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, SOPs, and protocols in line with industry best practices
• Ensure round-the-clock security coverage and compliance with organizational standards

• Security Agency Management (Mandatory)Manage and supervise third-party security service agencies
• Finalize deployment plans, duty rosters, and performance benchmarks for security personnel
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and surprise checks of security staff and agencies
• Ensure discipline, turnout, alertness, and adherence to SOPs by outsourced security teams

• Risk Assessment & Incident ManagementIdentify security risks, vulnerabilities, and threat perceptions across sites
• Implement preventive measures and contingency plans
• Handle security incidents, breaches, and emergencies effectively and report to management
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, administration, and emergency services when required

• Manpower & TrainingTrain and guide security personnel on access control, emergency response, visitor management, and asset protection
• Conduct regular briefings, drills, and performance reviews
• Maintain discipline, command structure, and reporting hierarchy
• Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with statutory requirements related to security services
• Maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily/monthly MIS reports
• Submit regular security status updates to senior management

• Eligibility & Requirements
• Ex-Army personnel only (Mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in security operations
• Mandatory experience in managing security service agencies
• Strong leadership, command, and crisis-management skills
• Sound knowledge of access control systems, surveillance, and physical security
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting abilities

• Preferred AttributesExperience handling security for large real estate projects, townships, or corporate setups
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professional conduct
• Ability to work independently and take decisive action
• Strong understanding of local security and law enforcement coordination
