Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial records, project accounting, and statutory compliance for our real estate operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and general ledger
• Handle project-wise accounting and cost tracking
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
• 5+ years experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting
