Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to plan, design, and oversee the construction of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent technical skills, and experience working on a variety of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop building plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during all project phases.
• Oversee site evaluations, feasibility studies, and the construction process.
• Use CAD software and 3D modeling tools to present concepts and ideas.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
