Senior Manager - Projects

• Responsible to manage and oversee the construction activity of the project construction process of airport runways, taxiways, and other associated works etc.
• He should be well verge with all the Airside compliance & Norms.
• To Plan, develop and organize the construction effort and formulate the cost effectiveness and timely completion of work scope.
• Day to day Planning & monitoring the works accordingly in line with project schedule.
• Defines clear role and responsibilities of the sub-contractor and fix targets/ deliverables on daily basis.
• Understanding of contractual implications
• Adhere to required QHSE standards and implements safe working environment at job site.
• Provide details on time as required for preparation of reports and MIS.
• Liaising with different stakeholders.
• Multi Tasking & Excellent Technical  & Communication skill.
• Should have exposure to Indian & internal codes/standards. Should be self-driven, have passion for learning, imparting training & extend relevant support to business in implementation
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering 
• 15+ years of experience (Relevant Experience in Civil Construction added advantage) 
• Should have experience in large scale projects for Airside work & similar nature of works.
