Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a mature, presentable, and highly skilled Real Estate Sales Professional who can confidently handle direct walk-in clients, site visits, and serious leads, convert objections into opportunities, and close deals with clarity and trust.

• Handle direct clients & walk-ins professionally

• Qualify & mature leads (not just push sales)

• Conduct site visits with strong presentation & storytelling

• Convert negative or confused clients into positive buyers through logical explanation

• Explain project value, construction quality, location benefits & pricing clearly

• Build trust-based relationships, not fake promises

• Handle objections related to price, location, size, legal doubts

• Follow up with seriousness until final closure

• Coordinate with marketing & management for updated offers

• Maintain proper CRM / lead records

• Excellent Hindi communication (English basic is enough)

• Confident, calm, and mature personality

• Strong negotiation & persuasion skills

• Ability to turn negatives into positives logically

• Deep understanding of real estate sales psychology

• Presentable appearance & professional attitude

• Honest selling approach (no false commitments)

🏗️ Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years in Real Estate Sales

• Experience in villas / plots / apartments / gated projects preferred

• Hands-on experience in direct client dealing (not tele-calling only)
