Position : Technical Recruiter (IT Recruiter)

Location : Lucknow

Role Overview:

This role requires a proactive and analytical recruiter who can manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong IT talent pipelines, and identify high-quality candidates across multiple technical domains.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of Indian recruitment practices, compliance, and hiring regulations.
• Proven experience building IT talent pipelines and supporting large-scale hiring.
• Solid grasp of technical requirements, IT skill sets, and modern technology stacks.
• Knowledge of cloud, DevOps, data, security, AI, and software development technologies.
• Expertise in Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and market research.
• Ability to interpret complex job descriptions and assess candidate proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Experience recruiting for BFSI clients and specialized technical roles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Indian clients.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Leads, and Account Managers.
• Execute targeted hiring strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate technical & cultural fit.
• Source candidates using niche platforms and innovative methods.
• Support global hiring initiatives and workforce planning.
• Stay updated on technology trends and market conditions.
