Job Description

Maintain and update employee files and databases.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of personnel data.
Prepare HR documents like contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist with new employee orientation and documentation.
Support exit processes including final settlements and exit interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Post job ads on job portals and company websites.
Handle pre-employment checks and documentation.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Process leaves requests and maintains holiday calendars.
Generate related reports for payroll or compliance purposes.
Compile timesheets and ensure timely submission to payroll teams.
Help with salary slips, reimbursement forms, and statutory deductions.
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
Enter and update data in ERP.
Generate standard reports
Circulate HR notices, policy updates, and announcements.
Be the point of contact for routine employee queries.
Ensure all HR documents comply with labour laws and company policies.
Assist during audits and inspections.
Help organize internal events like training sessions, employee engagement programs, and celebrations.
