SEO Specialist

We are looking for a creative and data-driven SEO & SMO Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, managing social media channels, and running performance-based campaigns to generate quality leads for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities -> SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking
• Improve website performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Create and execute link-building strategies
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC
• Competitor analysis and SEO audits

Key Responsibilities -> SMO (Search Media Optimization)

• Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X)
• Create and schedule engaging posts, creatives, and reels
• Grow followers and improve engagement rate
• Run and optimize social media campaigns (organic + paid)
• Coordinate with design/content team for creatives
• Track and report social media performance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO & Social Media Marketing
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog – preferred)
• Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with LinkedIn & Instagram marketing (B2B preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
• Understanding of content marketing & lead generation
• Strong communication & reporting skills
