Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance , maintain IT infrastructure and ensure smooth system operations for clients and internal team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, DVR, NVR system .
- Good knowledge about networking and installation of networking devices.
- Knowledge about Switching and Routing , Firewall configuration, Security and Surveillance.
- Ensure on-site support, maintenance and desktop support.
- Knowledge about Switching and Routing.
- Knowledge about Server Installation.
- Basic networking knowledge ( LAN setup, IP addressing etc. )
- Hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Should have a good communication skill.
