Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager (4 Wheeler Industry only) to join our team. This role involves leading a team of technicians and service advisors, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction (CSI), and maintaining a safe, tech-forward workshop environment. You will be the bridge between the manufacturer (OEM) and the customer, ensuring all warranty, repair, and maintenance standards are met.

Bodyshop Manager : Min 30k - Max 40k

Workshop Management: Oversee daily workshop flow to maximize bay utilization and technician productivity.

Quality Control: Implement a "Fixed Right First Time" (FRFT) protocol to minimize repeat repairs and "comebacks."

Parts Management: Coordinate with the parts department for timely ordering of necessary components, ensuring correct specifications and cost control.

Technical Communication: Clearly explain complex technical repairs and costs to customers

Customer Communication: Provide regular, proactive updates to customers regarding their vehicle service work, customer queries, request & concerns

Digital Integration: Utilize Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and AI-driven scheduling tools to streamline appointments and parts ordering.

KPI Tracking: Monitor and hit targets for labor sales, parts sales, and effective labor rates.

CSI Ownership: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by resolving escalated complaints and ensuring transparent communication.

Retention Strategies: Develop and execute service marketing plans (e.g., service camps, AMC packages) to drive repeat business.

Mandatory Requirement

Worked as Service Manager for min 2- 3 yrs

Should be from 4 Wheeler Industry - Any Brand - Maruti Suzuki Dealership will be of additional preference

Min Qualification - Diploma holder - Automobile will be of additional preference

Min 1-2 yrs of experience

Max age 45 yrs
