Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator & Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of social media—from conceptualizing and filming viral-worthy content to managing our daily presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and design static posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

Platform Management: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube using a content calendar.

Community Engagement: Actively manage our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant industry accounts.

Copywriting: Craft engaging captions, catchy headlines, and relevant hashtags that align with our brand voice.

Trend Monitoring: Identify trending audios, formats, and topics early to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.

Analytics & Strategy: Monitor weekly performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and adjust the content strategy based on data.

Requirements:

Technical: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, VN) and basic graphic design.

Strategy: Strong understanding of platform algorithms and SEO-friendly captioning.

Education: Background in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Animation (as selected in your requirements).

Communication: Excellent English communication skills for professional platform management.
