Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage, grow, and engage with our clients' social media communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating content, analyzing performance, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content (text, images, reels, stories) tailored to each platform.
• Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with basic photo/video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Lucknow and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
