Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive individual to manage daily customer service communications via email and Instagram DMs, and also assist with posting content (reels, stories, posts) on our Instagram account. Some basic editing of video content will be required using simple apps like VN or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service (Emails & Instagram DMs)Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve order issues, track shipments, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Maintain a helpful, brand-aligned tone in all communication.
• Content AssistanceReceive raw video/image content from our team and do basic edits using VN, CapCut, or any similar light mobile editing software.
• Post prepared content on Instagram (Reels, Stories, and Posts) as per schedule.
• Add relevant captions, music, and hashtags based on guidance.
