About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media trends, and paid advertising. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, increasing brand visibility, boosting engagement, and running effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company profiles across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and content strategies
• Create, publish, and optimize engaging content—posts, reels, videos, and stories
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to drive improvements
• Implement SEO best practices across digital content
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
• Boost page engagement and follower growth through organic and paid strategies
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for effective branding
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO & Social Media Algorithms
• Hands-on experience with paid ads, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Ability to create engaging content and understand brand aesthetics
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Optional but preferred)
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Salary Range: 30k to 50K (Varies as per the Experience and Interview)
