Social Media Manager

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for building our brand’s voice, engaging our audience, and ensuring our digital platforms are optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate, schedule, and manage daily posts across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Monitor trends and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.
• Develop high-quality, original content including blog posts, captions, and newsletters. Design visually compelling graphics and short-form video content that align with our brand identity.
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our website. Ensure content is up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly.
• Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns. This includes a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
• Track performance metrics across all channels. Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to improve engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or similar graphic design tools.
• Hands-on experience with website CMS (like WordPress or Shopify) and basic understanding of SEO principles.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret data to pivot strategies and prove campaign effectiveness.
