Job Summary
Urbanfeat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Social Media Manager / Executive to manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms and paid advertising channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, paid ad campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and SEO activities to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, website traffic, and business growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of content planning, Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, lead funnel management, and search engine optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short videos across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Write compelling captions and platform-specific content aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the design and content team to produce visually appealing and high-performing creatives.
- Track social media performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
2. Paid Advertising (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for brand awareness, engagement, traffic, remarketing, and lead generation.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, targeting, and copy to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation and campaign optimization for maximum return on investment.
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event tracking.
3. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Develop and manage digital lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead forms, ad funnels, and conversion paths.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff, follow-up, and tracking.
- Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to improve overall results.
- Optimize lead generation assets such as offers, consultation forms, downloadable resources, and campaign creatives.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research for website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service content.
- Optimize website content including:
- Meta Titles
- Meta Descriptions
- Header Tags
- URLs
- Internal Linking
- Alt Tags
- Content Structure
- Monitor website and keyword performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Support local SEO efforts including Google Business Profile optimization.
- Collaborate with the website/content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Facebook Pixel
- Google Search Console
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and website optimization.
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable performance insights.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and lead management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Meta Ads Certification
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience in industries such as construction, real estate, interior design, technology, or education
- Familiarity with landing page builders such as Unbounce, Leadpages, or ClickFunnels
- Basic knowledge of HTML, website backend, and digital automation tools
- Experience in Local SEO and Google Business optimization will be an added advantage
