Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team! As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and boosting our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our business goals.

2. Content Creation: Create engaging content (posts, stories, tweets, etc.) for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

3. Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a loyal community.

4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

5. Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and report insights to improve strategy.

6. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all social media channels.

7. Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends and suggest opportunities for engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.

2. Content Creation Skills: Excellent writing, photography, and video creation skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.).

3. Analytics Tools: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing social media trends.

6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

7. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
