Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, run, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Create engaging content and captions for posts, reels, and stories
- Develop and execute a content calendar
- Shoot office reels and videos; should be comfortable giving face in reels when required
- Perform basic video editing for reels and short-form content
- Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Monitor ad performance and social media insights; prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with the internal team for marketing campaigns and brand promotions
- 🎯 Required SkillsHands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
- Strong content writing skills (English/Hinglish)
- Comfortable in front of the camera for reels and videos
- Knowledge of basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, etc.)
- Good understanding of Instagram trends and algorithms
- Creative thinking with a consistent and proactive approach
- âž• Good to Have (Optional)Canva or basic graphic design knowledge
- Experience with influencer marketing or digital PR
- Background in IT, software, or digital service-based companies
