Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The candidate should be skilled in content planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle day-to-day activities of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies
• Monitor comments, messages, and respond to audience queries in a timely manner
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and platform updates
• Assist in running paid campaigns and influencer collaborations
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with reels/video content planning
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and boosting posts
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
