Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with AI expertise to lead and optimize our digital presence across platforms. This role combines strategic social media marketing with artificial intelligence tools and automation to drive engagement, growth, and conversions. You will leverage AI-powered insights, content generation, analytics, and marketing automation to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) Create, schedule, and optimize high-performing content aligned with brand voice and business goals. Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments, and messages.

AI-Driven Marketing & Automation:

Use AI tools for content creation (copy, visuals, video, captions, hashtags)Implement AI-based scheduling, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. Leverage machine learning insights to predict trends and improve performance. Automate repetitive marketing tasks using AI workflows and tools.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs using AI-powered analytics tools. Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and captions using data-driven insights. Optimize campaigns based on performance, audience behavior, and ROI

Paid Social & Growth Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, Use AI tools to improve ad targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance. Monitor budgets and ensure efficient spend across platforms

Collaboration & Innovation:

Work closely with content, design, product, and sales teams. Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and social media algorithms. Experiment with new formats, platforms, and AI technologies to stay ahead of competitors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Computer Science, or related field

2–5+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

Proven experience using AI tools in marketing workflows

Technical & AI Skills:

Hands-on experience with AI tools for content, analytics, and automation

Knowledge of machine learning concepts as applied to marketing

Familiarity with social media management platforms and AI-powered analytics tools

Understanding of social media algorithms and performance metrics

Marketing & Creative Skills:

Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities

Experience with paid social advertising

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

Strong understanding of brand building and audience psychology

Preferred Qualifications:
