Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client goals and grow their business.

Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) effectively to ensure ROI.

Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search visibility.

Communicate with clients regularly for updates, reporting, and strategy alignment.

Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of digital marketing executives.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO.

Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.

Experience in strategy development to grow businesses through digital platforms.

Ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
