Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in marketing strategy, content planning, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to recommend improvements
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign planning
• Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid promotions
• Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in brand building and lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
• Familiarity with graphic tools (Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus
