Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and create short-form and long-form awareness videos on solar energy, rooftop solar plants, and government subsidy schemes.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Write creative video scripts, captions, and hashtags to enhance engagement.
• Regularly upload and optimize videos on various platforms (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Track and analyze video performance to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with latest trends in video content and renewable energy awareness.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of video shooting and editing (using software like Canva or Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Familiar with YouTube SEO and social media content strategy.
• Good sense of storytelling and visual presentation.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and deliver creative ideas consistently.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Communication, Film, or Marketing (preferred).

• Proven experience in video content creation or digital marketing.
• Portfolio or sample videos will be required.
