Solar Design Engineer

Udzign.in is hiring a Solar 2D Layout Designer responsible for preparing rooftop solar layouts used in final solar reports. The candidate will create accurate 2D layouts based on roof dimensions, survey data, and solar project requirements.

This is a technical layout role focused on solar report preparation and not related to interior or architectural visualization.

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D solar rooftop layouts using SketchUp
• Place solar modules as per roof dimensions and usable area
• Show setbacks, pathways, and system arrangement in layouts
• Indicate inverter location in layout
• Prepare clean and accurate layouts for solar report submission
• Make revisions based on project requirements
• RequirementsSketchUp (Mandatory)
• Experience in 2D technical layout design
• Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems
• Ability to work with scaled drawings and dimensions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
