Job Summary:

SolarSpot is looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with team members to ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted systems
• Assemble and mount racking systems and solar modules
• Run conduit and wiring according to electrical codes
• Connect solar systems to inverters and electrical panels
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

• Previous experience in solar installation or construction preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
