Staff Nurse

Job Responsibility :

• Provide direct & indirect patient care in general and emergency care situations.
• On a rotational basis, perform all nursing related work with utmost courtesy, dignity & empathy towards patients.
• Provide any & every detail about the procedures, medications, and answer patient queries & subsequent follow-up.
• Position and cover the patient for the procedures.
• Administer injection to patient, as prescribed in file.
• Maintain stock of all required injections/drugs
• Elicit accurate & relevant patient medical history
• Co-ordinate procurement of necessary documents from patients.
• Update all patient records in both physical, as well as digital format.
• File all regulatory forms/consents before each procedure.
• Maintain records of usage/supply of injections/drugs/equipment’s, for audit purposes
